Sasha to rave, old skool style!

Sasha returns to London in December for a proper old skool rave, planned for the UK capital on December 16. Away from the usual club circuit, this will be a unique and intimate event, with limited tickets on sale and the chance to see the DJ at close quarters, in a special warehouse setting reminiscent of parties 15 years ago.

Sasha made his name playing at such venues in the days before superclubs in the late 80s and early 90s and now The Man Like completes the circle with a return to a warehouse environment. Sasha’s return to the truly underground scene after a decade and a half of sought after mix comps, albums and original productions will truly be a special one.

Its no secret that Sasha disliked playing London for a time, finding some audiences unresponsive to his unique blend of progressive house. Since then however, Sasha’s Tyrant night with Lee Burridge at Fabric saw him endear himself to the capital, on his own terms.

Warehouse parties are seemingly back in style, with the recent Warehouse Project in Manchester attracting a star-studded line-up including John Digweed recently.

Sasha will play a seven hour set at a location rumoured to be in East London’s Shoreditch area. The set will be on Ableton, although expect to hear some classics too.

The warehouse party with Sasha takes place somewhere in London on December 16, 2006. Exact details will be announced a week before the event but advance tickets are already on sale now for £10!
