Steve Porter is launching his own record label. PH Recordings will give Steve complete artistic control, and it will act as an outlet for his own productions, and collaborations with his friends, showcasing the next generation of US house music producers. The first release be an Agent 001 EP (Steve Porter & Eli Wilkie), and will be followed by two Porterhouse EPs. has just been asked to do his debut Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1. It will be aired on BBC R1 on 29th April 2007, and will be one of the radio highlights of the year.

This fantastic opportunity will coincide with the UK & European leg of Steve’s “Porterhouse Vol.2″ LP world tour that kicks off at Miami WMC. The 3rd annual hugely successful “PORTERHOUSE” WMC party will take place on Thursday, March 22nd at The Fifth, South Beach (www.thefifth.com). The line-up this year will see Steve joined by the cream of new talent (who are also featured on his latest album), in Eli Wilkie, Emjae, and Bons.
