The ADE – electronic music conference/club festival was conceived from the idea that the dance business needed a stage to present their DJs and acts during the conference. This has evolved into an extremely diverse and exciting night program of label showcases, CD presentations, guest performances, live acts and special one off performances in record stores and museums.

Locations include: 11, Bimhuis, Bitterzoet, BG, Cineac, Club NL, Escape, Flex Bar, HMH, Hotel Arena Tonight, Jimmy Woo, The Mansion, Melkweg, Café Pakhuis Wilhelmina, Ocean Diva, Odeon, OT301, Panama, Paradiso, Rain, The Sand, Sugar Factory, Supperclub, Supperclub Cruise, Studio 80, Studio K, Winston Kingdom, The Zebra and many more…

Record shopping: Why not check out some fresh vinyls and new CDs at these record stores; Rush Hour, Spuistraat 98 / Outland Records, Zeedijk 22 / Killa Cutz, Nieuwe Nieuwstraat 19d / Fat Beats, Singel 10 / Mid-town, Nieuwendijk 104 / InDeep ‘n’ Dance Records, Rozengracht 60. During ADE’s Thursday between 18.00 – 21.00 there’s an instore event in these record stores.

Culture: Why not visit a museum? Among the must-sees are the Van Gogh museum (yes, dedicated to the painter), Foam’s Photography museum (Keizersgracht 609) and the Stedelijk Museum’s temporary location at the Post CS building, also home to BG and Club 11, ADE festival’s locations.

Last year: over 475 acts and DJs performed during ADE including Arthur Baker, Benny Benassi, Dave Clarke, Don Diablo, Paul van Dyk, Estroe, Goose, Kraak & Smaak, Rex the Dog, Shinedoe, Tiefschwarz, Ricardo Villalobos, Josh Wink and Zuco 103.
