We have changed the way things work here at iBeats… The good news is you shouldn’t really notice any difference, unless you were a heavy user of our forum!

Today we finally got round to updating our backbone software (which was long overdue!) and we have done away with the forum integration. At the minute there is no plan to keep the forum, however this is not set in stone – and the forum may return!

We chose to upgrade the software, as the features in the new version will help us in the long run. The main advantage we now have is that we can look at taking on more editors without worrying about them breaking anything. We should also be able to publish our news quicker with the new software.

User’s can now make direct comments on the story and are heavily encouraged to do so (You must be registered and logged in)

One thing we are expecting is bugs! These should be ironed out over the coming weekend! If you do spy any problems please let us know via the contact form.
