Bringing things up to date for 2008, we present three huge remixes, headed off by UK dance legend Michael Woods. Wood‘s astonishing remix, complete with a heart stopping breakdown that will devastate the clubs, is a fresh and totally modern take on the well known classic. Super clubfriendly, this jaw-dropping remix is sure to make it into all the right boxes!
Canadian DJ and producer Deadmau5 has risen to international success in recent years thanks to his addictive mixture of electronic wizardry, spanning progressive house, minimal trance and techno with ease. His remix is no less astounding, as a simple yet teasing introduction eventually opens up into those familiar chords, before dropping back into a warm and summery musical throb. Plenty of of rich and atmospheric dynamics are at play here, making the remix a well deserved inclusion in this special package.
Finally prominent UK mainstay Dave Robertson provides the final remix, and its perhaps the most daring in its use of the original material. A funked up, twisting bassline leads the attack as his electronic madness takes over… metallic fx and static hisses raise the intensity, whilst teasing arpeggios give a hint of what‘s to come. When the original chords arrive Robertson‘s remixing skill really shines, as his uplifting synth madness explodes back into the bass with originality and intensity!
