The next installment on Diebaudio and the first full digital release comes from the DAS project. A long time favorite of since first signing with Dieb, DAS, their first release now sees the light of day backed with a very strong and diverse cast of remixers. The original mix ebbs and flows along a very stripped back and contemporary techno feel and placing emphasis on its effected and distorted textures and percussive elements. Dieb’s very own Jamie Stevens returns to the fold after his “Keep her Space” single and produces a peak time, funky interpretation that stays very true to the original yet expands the sonic palette and is sure to appeal to those needing a more “crossover” approach. On his first outing for Dieb, they have drafted Hamburg-based production powerhouse Hatzler, whose stripped back, minimal techno productions have found favor with and support from DJ’s such as Claude Von Stroke and Oliver Huntemann. Bringing his signature sound and remixing skills to “Rectum”, Hatzler has crafted an intelligent yet visceral techno bomb that is aimed at the deep and dark dancefloors.

Wicked release, the Jamies Stevens Remix is the highlight for me. Gonna take me from house to techno in a lot of my sets.
