The flagship White Island night will hold 15 parties across the summer at Eden, running from 25 June until 1 October.

Guests will include Fatboy Slim, Groove Armada, Calvin Harris, Annie Mac, Erol Alkan & Boys Noize, and many more. Full weekly line-up details can be found below.

Calvin Harris will hit Wonderland on 23 July, while Erol Alkan and Boys Noize will be playing together for an exclusive 3 hour set on 17 September. Felix Da Housecat will be joined by 2000 and One on 24 September.

The launch party on 25 June will feature an exclusive performance from Roxy Music’s legendary frontman, Bryan Ferry. Joining Pete in the main room will be Ibiza stalwart, Steve Lawler, a name that is synonymous with Ibiza’s rich musical past. Radio 1 newcomers and two of dance music’s brightest ascending stars, Jaymo & Andy George, will host room 2 with their club brand, Moda, a season long residency that will bring their white-hot UK club night to Ibiza for the first time. They will welcome the likes of Burns, Alex Metric, Jakwob, Grum, Mowgli, and beyond.

Tickets for the opening party are on sale now priced at £39.99. These are available from: http://petetong.sandbag.uk.com

Beginning on 25 June, Pete will be broadcasting live from Ibiza through the season on Radio 1 – transmission dates will be available as the summer draws near.

Now in its third year, Wonderland Ibiza follows a 2009 season that saw performances from Lady Gaga, Deadmau5, Eric Prydz, Luciano, Zane Lowe & Mark Ronson, Dubfire, Simian Mobile Disco, Faithless, and beyond.

Following on from the launch party, 2010’s guests will up the ante yet again; with some of the world’s biggest names lined up to rock Wonderland to its core. Joining Pete for the season will be main room residents Rob Marmot and Alex Ellenger (Trust).

Pete Tong commented:
“I’m very proud to present our 3rd season of Wonderland at Eden. It really feels like we are starting to succeed in offering the island something unique and forward thinking in terms of talent and the party experience. We will be trying to push the bar even higher in 2010”.

Jaymo and Andy George said:
“We’re so hyped to be able to take our beloved Moda to Ibiza for the Summer – last year was great, but to move to a weekly slot is a whole new level. The line-ups in the Wonderland room are the best they’ve ever been, the contrast between the two rooms is gonna be perfect! We’re bringing across a load of our best DJ friends too, ensuring all the madness you’d expect from a Moda night… just with shorts & flip-flops! Seems like everyone’s involved with this project is pulling out all the stops for this – I hope Ibiza is ready! “

This just in: Audioriver Festival 2010 will not just be about dancing the night away listening to the world’s top electronic music act. The Plock-based event will, for the very first time since its inception, also venture into uncharted territory by expanding the proceedings, which now officially encompass an electronic music trade fair for the Polish scene, as well as workshops conducted by some of the festival’s headliners. Sponsored by the Red Bull Music Academy, this innovative project will be known as the Independent Market.

“Last year’s daytime program turned out to be a great success. The Festival cinema, a hand full of theatrical spectacles, and the concerts held by day went a long way in proving that Audioriver can be just as interesting in broad day light as it can be after dusk. Consequently, we pretty much jumped at the idea to take things to another level ”, says Audioriver spokesperson Lukasz Napora.

So what’s exactly behind the name itself? Well, it derives from the fact that the Independent Market will be located – surprise, surprise – in Plock picturesque Old Market Square, where Polish record labels, promoters, booking agencies and media outlets will have the opportunity to set up their own stands and show the whole scene exactly what they are about. Furthermore, each of the handpicked companies will also be allocated an hour of the daytime musical program.

“We expect the labels participating in this bold new venture to provide all interested parties with a thorough presentation of their music at their respective stands, along with interesting concerts and DJ sets. Booking agencies, too, will more than likely have no problem with providing a plethora of interesting music. On the other hand, festival organizers, event promoters and club owners will have the perfect opportunity to make the best of pushing their upcoming projects. The Independent Market, first and foremost, is intended to be a place where everyone can have a shot at reaching the Audioriver faithful. Not everyone who comes to Plock is in the loop about what’s happening in the Polish scene or regularly mingles with the who’s who of our scene, so this will be the perfect opportunity for such people to get the low down about what exactly is happening”, says Napora.

What’s more, the general public will also get the chance to take part in the Red Bull Music Academy workshops conducted by some of the festival’s headliners associated with this international project. Apart from the two week annual session held in a select city, the Red Bull Music Academy also encompasses traveling workshops, lectures, festivals and special info sessions held all over the world. The names of the international acts that will be taking part in the workshops in Plock will be announced soon.

Admission to the trade fair and workshops will be free of charge. The fifth edition of Audioriver Festival will take place on 6th-8th of August, 2010.

Tickets can be purchased exclusively via Ticketpro (www.ticketpro.pl)

Visit www.audioriver.pl for more info.

Other acts just added to the line up include Cocoon regular André Galluzzi whose fans include the likes of Sven Väth & Richie Hawtin he joins the bill in the Mixmag Presents Cocoon Arena on Sunday 29th August. Another new addition is UNION, who are head honcho’s of the UK’s biggest student after-hours parties, which has become the melting pot for a new sound that is truly exciting and unique. Students and muso press have named it Crunkstep – a scene that’s about mixing what’s clever and great about underground dance music with an energy that rocks the roof off the peak time dancefloor. UNION have taken up their own monthly night at Fabric and rocked stages from Miami to Ibiza and back. Already tipped by Mixmag as ‘ones to watch’ – the futures looking exciting for these young guns and their 25th century sound and we are delighted to welcome them for their debut Creamfields performance.

Back by demand is the Soonnights & Filth Ice’d Cream Van. But don’t be deceived by its appearance as this converted Ice Cream van is a pro DJ Booth on wheels complete with its own meaty sound system! Attracting a huge gathering last year of festival goers wanting to enjoy some alfresco disco, this year they bring a line up of underground house and techno experts who will be tailoring their selections to match what will hopefully be a blazing hot weekend, line up includes Danny Savage, Luke Pompey, Chris Special, Filth & Splendour to name a few, all of whom are used to rocking clubs like Sankeys, Ministry Of Sound or their home at the Mint Club in Leeds.

Creamfields returns to Daresbury, Cheshire on August Bank Holiday weekend with a mouthwatering line up that includes the likes of David Guetta, Tiësto, Deadmau5, Leftfield, Calvin Harris, Paul van Dyk, Swedish House Mafia, Richie Hawtin presents Plastikman, Sven Väth, Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Eddie Halliwell, Eric Prydz and more.

As anticipation builds for the August Bank Holiday beats bonanza that is the L.E.D Festival, the team behind the event is set to announce a brand new arena headlined by two of Sweden’s biggest exports Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso as well as some more choice new additions who will be joining the likes of David Guetta, Leftfield, Soulwax, Goldfrapp, Calvin Harris and Aphex Twin to name a few.

One of the world’s biggest clubbing institutions Cream will be hosting their own arena on Friday 27th August and bringing with them an array of dance music heavyweights. First up we have Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso, fresh off the back of two sell out shows at the legendary Brixton Academy. Renowned for delivering spectacular stage shows, festival goers can expect a wagon load of production and special effects for an awe inspiring show.

Axwell will be lighting up London with his ‘Heart’ Show performance. Devised, designed and built in Sweden, Axwell’s spectacular LED ‘Heart’ based around his logo stands at a gargantuan 6m high & 5m wide, the aluminium frame contains LED lamps whilst the inside is able to project visuals synced with Axwell’s specially composed tracks with the ‘Heart’ in mind.
Axwell debuted the ‘Heart’ 10,000 miles across the globe at the Stereosonic tour of festivals in Australia with fans videos posted online immediately captivating fans and the media alike. Exclusively for Axwell’s festival appearances, this will be the 1st time his loyal devotees in London will experience the must see ‘Heart’ surrounded by leafy Victoria Park juxtaposed urban East London and is set to be a show to remember.

Axwell says: “I want to bring something to the table, and give something back to the fans that give me so much love at my parties. They are the ones that allow me to continue to do what I love. Music.”

We can also announce another London festival exclusive from Sebastian Ingrosso who joins the bill performing in the Cream Arena.

Another act to join the ever growing line up is Afrojack, one of the world’s hottest breakthrough electro artistes whose fans include the likes of L.E.D headliner David Guetta, Tommie Sunshine, Calvin Harris, Lil Jon and Tiesto. He will be showcasing the mixing manoeuvres that have been getting the clubbing world hot under the collar. Other new additions include Kim Fai whose surefire floor fillers are already causing a stir worldwide, rising star AN21 – Steve Angello’s younger brother, no less – continues the Swedish flavour whilst sometime AN21 remix partner Max Vangeli adds a touch of San Francisco style to complete the line-up.

Adding their weight to Saturday 28th August’s bill which already includes Leftfield’s first hometown show in more than a decade, Goldfrapp, Friendly Fires and a rare appearance from special guest Aphex Twin, will be South African sensations Die Antwoord. Famed for their ‘Enter The Ninja’ video that swept across the world in a blaze of ‘interweb’ glory earlier this year, Die Antwoord are a self-styled Zef-rap phenomenon. Plying their synth heavy riffs the genre-busting trio of Ninja, Yo-landi Vi$$ser and DJ Hi-Tek are set to take things to the next level with their stunning slang heavy flows and concrete beats.

With further announcements to come keep checking www.ledfestival.net for more information.

Organisers of the North East’s only two day music festival have announced the first in its line up of DJ’s that will perform at this year’s event.

Internationally respected Glasgow duo SLAM will headline Wizard’s second stage on Saturday August 28.
The festival’s second stage will be taken over again in 2010 by award winning Aberdeen club, Snafu, who will deliver a two day bill full of some of the UK’s top DJ talent.

SLAM are one of Scotland’s top DJ acts and will play Wizard following a headline set at T in the Park. Made up of Stuart McMillan and Orde Meikle the pair are talented producers who also manage their own record label called Soma.
Renowned international DJ’s, SLAM have performed at festivals and clubs around the world and have a reputation as one of the UK’s most successful dance music acts.

Taking over Wizard’s second stage for a second year, Aberdeen’s Snafu club has a fistful of awards and accolades to its name. Recently voted 71 in a poll of the world’s top 100 clubs by DJ Mag, Snafu has also previously been awarded Scottish nightclub of the year.

In an additional perk for festival fans, Wizard festival organisers have arranged for a series of buses to run from Aberdeen and other regions around Scotland to make it easier for fans to travel to and from the festival.

For the first time ever, Happy Bus will be running coaches from Aberdeen each day and returning to the city each evening. There will also be weekend busses available for fans that travel from further afield to enjoy the entire Wizard weekend. Busses will leave from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth, Dundee, Dunfermline, Peterhead, Mintlaw and Ellon.

Roy Thain, Festival director said:
“Adding DJ’s to our line-up brings a whole new dimension to the festival. Last year the DJ stage was really well received by festival fans that came to Wizard so there was no doubt that we needed to bring it back this year. It gives the event more scope to promote artists of all music genres and gives DJ’s as well as bands and solo artists a platform to highlight their talents. We will be adding lots more DJ acts in the coming weeks and expect fans to be really pleased with the result of our partnership with Snafu.

Making Wizard more accessible to fans has been a top priority for us as we have grown so the addition of regular busses from Aberdeen and the rest of Scotland will make it easier for fans to come along.”

A family friendly event, Wizard also runs a full two day children’s programme and has a dedicated arena, Wee Wizards, where families and young people can get involved in creative and musical activities and workshops.
Made up of three stages, over 50 acts will appear at Wizard across two days in August. Held in the beautiful setting of the New Deer Showground, approximately 30 miles from Aberdeen, last year it added a full line up of DJ’s as well as local acts and arena performers to its bill.

THE BIG CHILL PRESENTS a monthly flagship event at THE BIG CHILL HOUSE in KINGS CROSS, LDN focused on bringing you some of the biggest and most exciting names in music. This month we are hitting spring so thought after a long hard winter we would give you something totally TROPICAL!

Taking the lead role we have RADIOCLIT; the British DJ/production duo, Johan Karlberg and Etienne Tron, who call their brand of African beat-driven house ‘ghettopop’. They began in 2005 with their residency at the Old Blue Last. Whether it was DAVID BANNER slamming through the crowd, SINDEN or DIPLO blowing up the spot, they were alerting London to some of the heaviest talent to emerge for a long time. Together with SWITCH, M.I.A, BURAKA SOM SISTEMA, BONDE DO ROLE, ED BANGER and INSTITUBES, there’s now a fervently innovative worldwide scene with arms linked, with Radioclit playing an essential part of that chain. RADIOCLIT further cemented their name within the afro-beat ‘ghettopop’ sound collaborating with acclaimed African vocalist ESAU MWAMWAYA on THE VERY BEST we are incredibly excited to welcome this duo to the BIG CHILL PRESENTS!

DOC DANEEKA is second on the bill. A fast-rising star, The DOC has just had his latest single DRUMS IN THE DEEP featured on FABRIC’S ELEVATOR MUSIC VOL 1 earmarking him for very big things. Add to this killer remixes of DELPHIC and DIGITAL MYSTIKZ and the fact his remix edit of GATTO VIOLA made GILLES PETERSON’s 2009 winners list, we’re very proud to be getting this man down!

Supporting we have three of London’s most exciting new talents, first up 23-year-old Londoner GREENA is the new master of genre busting! Putting another spin on house he sails through vintage techno, ghettotech, upfront house, and even some grime-flavored R&B. Next up South Londoner Philip aka GIRL UNIT creates perfect Tropical house, there for he is the perfect pea for this pod. He has been taken under the wing of the NIGHT SLUGS label so expect to hear a lot more from this man soon! Rounding up the line up we have OLIVER RANT formerly one half of the duo Crystal Death Oliver has gone solo with an old school rave slant on everything from electro house and tech step.

This event will be FREE BEFORE 10pm, £5 AFTER. GET THERE EARLY!

Renaissance touch back down at their new London home for a Spring extravaganza that takes in talent from the opposite ends of our spectrum – the return of a long-standing favourite and the London debut (for us) of a highly-respected, fast-rising genius…

Flying in for his first London show of 2010 is the Japanese-by-way-of-New York legend Satoshi Tomiie. Since the early nineties Satoshi has blazed a contemporary path through dance. From the collaboration with Knuckles on ‘Your Love’ via seminal tracks such as ‘Love In Traffic’ and ‘Virus’ or remixing the likes of Papua New Guinea and Kosheen, his production has always been one step ahead of the curve. Factor in compilations on Global Underground, his own SAW label and, of course, Renaissance and you have one of the richest CV’s in dance. Don’t miss this opportunity to catch a true legend at work.

Dropping in alongside Satoshi is a man with an equally accomplished pedigree – Paul Woolford, down to celebrate the launch of his Renaissance compilation, Platform. Renowned for his We Love residence at Space, Ibiza, the seminal ‘Erotic Discourse’ and remixing the likes of Depeche Mode, Simian Mobile Disco and current band du jour, Delphic, Woolie’s a dance maverick who will provide the perfect foil to Satoshi.

With further support coming from production maestro Jim Rivers, The Warehouse Project’s Greg Lord, Roo and resident Marcus James, the musical stage is well and truly set.

Finally, clubbers will surely delight in the return of the special ‘Deluxe’ advance ticket, which for a bargainous £18.50 provides guaranteed admission and a copy of Paul’s Platform.

The Superfly City Festival is back. Inspired by the four day weekend Easter brings, the promise of four long days of the weekend to absorb hangovers and the excesses of the four nights that immediately precede them, the festival boasts four concurrently occurring parties that blend every component of Superfly’s party aesthetic into a festival encased within the indoor space of Sonido. A City’s own take on the fields and tents format of the events that dominate the summer, each helmed by a different club night.

Last year’s edition was a resounding success, featuring a four nights of music from some of the most exciting players around, all contributing to a phenomenal festival feel in the heart of Leicester. 2010 is building on those solid foundations, pooling together another great slab of talent sourced from around the world. As ever the panoramic quality of Superfly’s beguiling music choices are on full show with four days catering for each caveat of the club’s sound. The first kicks things off courtesy of Sonido, with a huge bang as cosmopolitan house and techno is fired from Nic Fanciulli. He remains one of the dons of UK house music and his rapid rise from wide-eyed club kid in Maidstone to internationally revered superstar is as legendary as it was swift, and returning for another special slot at Superfly reflects the huge mutual respect here.

Fanciulli smashes festivals and clubs on a regular basis, has a scintillating discography of remixes and original productions, a supremely well respected record label in Saved and a plethora of mix compilations for Ministry, Renaissance and Global Underground. He remains one of the scene’s most exciting stars. Support comes from Data Transmission’s editor Ben Gomori, whose explosive blend of house and techno has won fans at Matter, We Love… Space and many more parties across the UK.

The following day sees a complete departure from four-four beats and is headlined by none other than Brighton based breaks bombardier Krafty Kuts. One of the seminal and epoch breaking pioneers in the scene, the Finger Lickin’ producer has racked up many hits. A true legend and still as fresh as many younger contemporaries, Krafty remains a man dedicated to bringing the party out in full force, so expect mayhem at Superfly City Festival. There’s also a true titan of drum n bass squaring up as Formation and Filthy Beats get take the lead. Following Krafty Kuts is Goldie, still the original rudeboy in drum n bass circles and a fierce exponent of the amen break in its rowdiest of setting. Friday also sees DJ Switch – a 2 times World DMC Battle for Supremacy Champion – finding time to showcase his sonic template. His mesmerising deck skills have entranced clubs all over the world and his debut at Superfly is an incredibly exciting proposition!

Saturday sees We The People step to the platter, with Superfly welcoming Jaymo and Andy George, Radio 1’s young stars who performances have won them an army of fans, most notably in the form of super-producer Kissy Sell Out who nominated them as his favourite new DJs as part of the BBC Introducing Tour. They remain one of the youngest entrants ever to record and Essential Mix and bring something new to club culture with a spate of remixes, huge club dates and an already massive following. The room also boasts eclectic wizard James Lavelle manning the helm. The UNKLE lynchpin has seen dance music through many guises, starting Mo Wax records ands unearthing a young DJ shadow (his original conspirator in the UNKLE project), remixing rock staples like The Doves and Ian Brown to polymorphous genius and taking time to craft widescreen hip-hop just as readily as grunge tinted techno for dancefloors and post club apocalypses. Support comes in the shape of Leeds’ party-purveyors Sick Robot and former MYNC Project firebrand Nick Corelli.

The closing party is all about house music though in its most classical form, and a perfect way to draw proceedings to a close. Really Feel are at the helm, and they’ve got Serbian funk maestro Gramaphonedzie in town with them. The man behind the huge ‘Why Don’t You’ track that finds and old swing track at its heartbeat, the funk obsessive can count a graduation at the Dublin wing of the Red Bull Music Academy as his first grounding, and then a pedigree that counts releases on Gotta Keep Faith, Guesthouse and Takuza long before his commercial ear came to the forefront. Legendary house master CJ Mackintosh also makes a very rare appearance in the Midlands, crowning what is a simply mammoth four days of partying at the Superfly City Festival!
